FAQs and Help

Last updated: January 11, 2026

Most people contact me with the same core questions: what exactly I do, how I work, how pricing works, and what results to expect. I’ve answered the most common ones below.

If you still have a question, email me at serpskit@gmail.com or use the Contact page.

Getting Started

1) What does SERPsKit actually do?

I help you grow with a mix of SEO strategy, content planning, and WordPress performance work. In simple words: I help you get the right keywords, publish the right content, fix what’s holding your site back, and build authority safely.

2) Who do you work with?

I usually work with:

  • niche bloggers and affiliate site owners
  • small and local businesses
  • content creators
  • WordPress site owners who need speed, fixes, or SEO support

3) What do you need from me to start?

At minimum:

  • your website link
  • your goal (traffic, leads, affiliate growth, speed, etc.)
  • what you’ve already tried
If we move forward, I may request access to Search Console and WordPress (details below).

4) Do you work with brand-new websites?

Yes. New sites can be a good advantage because we can build the structure clean from day one.

5) Do you work internationally?

Yes. Most work is remote. We can handle everything through email and shared documents.

SEO Services

6) What SEO services do you provide?

Common work includes:

  • keyword research and keyword mapping
  • technical SEO checks and fixes (WordPress-focused)
  • on-page SEO improvements
  • content plan + topical cluster strategy
  • internal linking improvements
  • content updates for old posts that are slipping

7) Do you offer an SEO audit?

Yes. I can review your site and give you a clear, prioritized action plan. That includes quick wins and longer-term work.

8) Can you fix indexing problems?

I can help diagnose indexing issues (noindex tags, robots rules, sitemap issues, thin/duplicate pages, crawl budget waste, etc.). But I can’t promise Google will index everything. I focus on removing blockers and improving quality signals.

9) Do you do technical SEO for WordPress?

Yes. WordPress is my main platform. I focus on issues that actually matter: crawlability, internal structure, speed basics, duplicate content problems, and clean settings.

10) Can you help with local SEO?

Yes, if you’re a local business. I can help with on-page local targeting, service page structure, and practical improvements that support leads.

Niche Blog Services

11) Can you help me choose a niche?

Yes. I can help you validate a niche by checking:

  • competition in the SERPs
  • keyword depth (not just 10 keywords)
  • monetization fit (affiliate/ads/services)
  • content expansion potential

12) What if I already have a niche blog, but it’s stuck?

That’s common. I’ll usually look at:

  • whether your site has clear topical clusters
  • internal linking and keyword mapping
  • content quality vs search intent
  • whether you’re targeting keywords that are too hard too early

13) Do you build full content plans?

Yes. I can create a plan that tells you:

  • what to publish first
  • what to publish next
  • how pages should link to each other
  • what to update (if your site isn’t new)

Content + On-Page SEO

14) Do you write content?

I can help with content writing depending on the niche and requirements. If I’m not the right fit for your topic, I can still create content briefs so you or your writer can produce SEO-ready articles faster.

15) What’s included in on-page SEO?

Usually:

  • better titles + meta descriptions (CTR matters)
  • heading structure cleanup
  • intent match improvements
  • adding missing sections (based on SERP patterns)
  • internal link upgrades
  • basic schema where it makes sense

16) Can you update old posts instead of publishing new ones?

Yes. Updating old content is often the fastest win, especially if the post already has impressions in Search Console.

WordPress Services

17) What WordPress work do you offer?

Most common requests:

  • speed optimization
  • fixing plugin/theme conflicts
  • cleanup and stability improvements
  • basic customization
  • setup and rebuild support (lightweight, SEO-friendly)

18) Do you guarantee a perfect PageSpeed score?

No. I can improve speed and Core Web Vitals realistically, but scores depend on theme, hosting, plugins, and third-party scripts. The goal is a faster site that feels smooth and performs better.

19) Will speed optimization break my design?

I work carefully to avoid breaking layouts. Still, speed work touches caching and scripts, so testing is part of the process. If something conflicts, I roll back and fix it properly.

20) What caching plugin do you use?

You told me you’re using WP Fastest Cache, and that’s fine. I work around your current setup unless there’s a real reason to change it.

Link Building

21) Do you offer backlinks?

I can help with safe, quality-focused link building, depending on your niche and site stage. I don’t push spam links or risky patterns that can damage a site long-term.

22) When should I start link building?

Usually after you have:

  • a decent base of content
  • good internal linking
  • clean technical setup
If the site is messy or thin, links won’t fix the real problem.

23) Do you guarantee link-building results?

I never promise exact ranking movement from links. Link impact depends on competition, content quality, and how Google interprets your overall site authority.

Pricing + Payments

24) Do you have fixed packages?

Not right now. My pricing is value-based and depends on:

  • what you need
  • site complexity
  • how much work is involved
  • timeline and urgency

25) How do you price projects?

After a quick review, I’ll tell you:

  • what I recommend
  • what I’ll deliver
  • the cost and payment structure (full / partial / milestone)

26) Do you require upfront payment?

Sometimes. It depends on the project type and scope. For bigger work, milestone payments are often the cleanest option for both sides.

27) Do you offer refunds?

I have a Refund Policy page for transparency. In general, completed work and delivered deliverables aren’t refundable because time and work can’t be “returned.” If something hasn’t started, refunds may be possible.

Results + Expectations

28) How long does SEO take to work?

It depends. Some improvements (like fixing noindex issues or improving titles) can help quickly. But meaningful growth usually takes weeks to months, depending on niche competition and content output.

29) Do you guarantee #1 rankings?

No. Anyone who guarantees rankings is not being honest. What I can guarantee is clean execution, a clear plan, and best-practice work.

30) My traffic dropped. Can you fix it?

Sometimes, yes. First I check:

  • whether it’s a technical issue
  • an algorithm update impact
  • content quality/intent mismatch
  • indexing/crawl issues
Then I’ll recommend a realistic recovery plan.

Access + Communication

31) Will you need access to my WordPress?

For WordPress fixes and speed work, yes—temporary admin access is usually required. For strategy-only work (audits, content plans), I may not need WP access.

32) Will you need access to Google Search Console?

If you want serious SEO work, Search Console is extremely helpful. If you can’t share access, we can work with exported data and screenshots, but it slows things down.

33) How do we communicate?

Mostly by email and shared documents. If a call is needed, we can schedule it, but I keep communication simple and focused.

34) Do you keep my data confidential?

Yes. I don’t share private site data, logins, or project details publicly. If I ever want to reference a result as a case study, I’ll ask first.

Policies + Legal

35) Where can I find your legal pages?

You can find these pages on SERPsKit.com:

  • Terms of Service
  • Cookie Policy
  • Disclaimer
  • Refund Policy
  • DMCA Notice
