SERPsKit provides:

  • educational content (blog posts, guides, resources),
  • ways to contact me and request services.

The website content is for general informational purposes and may change at any time.

3) Services and project agreements

If you purchase or request services from SERPsKit, the work may be covered by additional details such as:

  • a written scope,
  • deliverables,
  • timeline,
  • pricing,
  • payment terms,
  • access requirements.

If a service agreement conflicts with these Terms, the service agreement will take priority for that project.

4) No guarantees (important)

SEO and website performance depend on many factors outside my control, including:

  • Google algorithm updates,
  • competition,
  • your website history and technical setup,
  • hosting quality,
  • content quality and publishing consistency.

Because of that:

  • I do not guarantee #1 rankings, exact traffic numbers, revenue, or specific outcomes.
  • I can’t guarantee indexing, approvals, or penalties being reversed.
  • I focus on best-practice, safe work—but results can still vary.

5) Your responsibilities

When you work with me (or use my recommendations), you agree that:

  • the information you provide is accurate,
  • you have the right to share any content, logins, or assets you send me,
  • you will maintain backups (or allow me to set up backups when needed),
  • you understand that changes to WordPress/hosting/plugins can affect site behavior.

If you choose not to implement recommended fixes, results may be limited.

6) Payments and refunds (general)

If you purchase a service:

  • Payments are due as agreed (one-time or milestone-based).
  • If you need refunds, those will follow my Refund Policy (if published) or the written agreement for that service.

If you don’t have a separate Refund Policy page yet, you can use this temporary line:

Refund eligibility depends on the service type, work completed, and the agreement made before the project starts.

7) Communication

Most communication happens by email or agreed channels. You agree to keep communication respectful and professional. I also reserve the right to refuse service if communication becomes abusive, threatening, or inappropriate.

8) Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise:

  • All content on SERPsKit.com (text, branding, design elements) belongs to SERPsKit and may not be copied, republished, or resold without permission.
  • You may share a link to my content, but you may not copy full pages and publish them as your own.

For client work:

  • Deliverables created for you (for example: a strategy doc, a setup, on-site changes) are provided for your use.
  • I may reuse general, non-identifying methods and learnings (not your private data).

SERPsKit.com may include links to third-party websites or tools. I’m not responsible for:

  • third-party content,
  • their services,
  • their policies,
  • any damages caused by using them.

Any purchases you make through third-party links are between you and the third party.
